She has a Master of Public Health, is an Accredited Practicing Dietician (APD) and is the Director for the Dieticians Association of Australia, Western Australia Branch.

She has a love of food and the many roles it can play in maintaining the balance between healthy bodyweight and lifestyle.


Weight Loss Coach, Natalie Parker

Healthy Food DeliveredNatalie is an experienced business coach who has successfully completed numerous coaching programmes. She loves food and cooking for her family and friends. Over the years she has tried a few weight management programmes to help keep her own weight within a healthy weight range which is how she initially became interested in the area of weight management coaching.

Natalie has studied the latest theories on weight loss and has combined this with her coaching skills to develop a series of workshops on weight management. She is available in the evenings and on weekends to provide personalised coaching over the phone which is included as part of the food programme.
