Your Trim-A-Weigh meal plan is organised for you to commence the day following your delivery. Meals are delivered to you on a weekly basis until such time as you cancel the programme.

To make the most of your Trim-A-Weigh programme you should include some regular exercise in your daily routine. Choose an enjoyable form of exercise that is sustainable.

One of the best "fat burning" exercises is a brisk 30 - 45 minute daily walk. It's also one of the cheapest forms of exercise.

If you have been inactive for some time, please check with your doctor before commencing an exercise routine.

The healthy habit of drinking six to eight glasses of water per day is widely promoted and also supported by Roslyn, our dietician. Whilst on the Trim-A-Weigh programme alcohol is not recommended.
